Shipping Policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and will be shipped out immediately upon verification and approval. The Chocolate Wizard offers a variety of shipping methods based on destination. Please select from the following shipping options when placing your order.

* Depending on the weather and the shipping distance from Jericho, VT it is
necessary that we ship some orders by 2nd Day Air to ensure their fresh arrival.
We ship via UPS or USPS and we guarantee what we ship. Because our chocolate is
temperature sensitive we ship UPS 2nd Day Air with an ice pack to warmer locations
year-round or to locations outside a 2 day UPS zone in the summer. If you'd like
confirmation of shipping costs before the order is processed, please indicate
this in the comment form on the checkout page.

Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you along with your shipping confirmation.
All shipping rates will be added to your order at the time of checkout. For all International orders, bank charges must be drawn upon U.S. bank card companies only. In addition all international fees, taxes, and duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be paid at time of delivery.
